When can I expect my delivery?

Your order will generally be delivered within the period of time indicated on the product in question, should circumstances unexpectedly dictate otherwise, we will inform you of this. We work exclusively with reputable transport companies such as DHL, PostNL and UPS and always leave a track&trace code by email to easily track your order.

What payment options are available?

You can pay with the following options:

  • iDeal: Pay safely with internet banking via your own Dutch bank.
  • Bancontact: Pay securely with internet banking via your own Belgian bank.
  • Creditcards: You can pay with all major credit cards.
  • Bank transfer: You will receive an extra email with instructions to pay by bank transfer.
  • Paypal: Pay securely via your own paypal account, linked to your own credit card or bank account.
  • Apple Pay: Pay with your iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad and Mac via your Apple Wallet.
  • Gift cards (VVV Gift Voucher en Webshop Giftcard): With us, you can easily redeem your Webshop Gift Card or VVV Gift Voucher by entering your Gift Voucher Code in step 4/4 of the checkout process.
How to return my order?

Can I return my order?
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your order, you can indicate this within 30 days of receiving the products. After 30 days you have another 14 days, if unused and if reasonably possible in original packaging, return the product to us without giving any reason. You will then receive the purchase amount and any shipping and payment costs refunded. The costs for the return shipment are for your own account.

We ship our beanbags from different distribution centres, so our beanbags also have different return addresses. Would you like to return a product? This can be done quickly and easily with our return form.

Can I track the status of my order?

When your parcel is shipped you will receive a track&trace code from the supplier in question. You can then track your shipment via the supplier's website.

Can I choose a desired delivery date?

You cannot choose a specific delivery date. Within the Netherlands most parcels are delivered the day after shipment. However, we cannot do anything for you in this respect from the moment we hand over the shipment to the supplier.

Can I change the delivery address of my order?

Yes, you can change your address before the shipment is shipped. You should contact us by phone via 035 - 6012 106.

What is the warranty period of my order?

All our products are covered by the legal warranty. We guarantee that each product supplied by us meets the requirements of reliability and usability. In addition to the statutory warranty, a manufacturer's warranty applies to the products supplied, as determined by the manufacturers. This warranty is of course without prejudice to the statutory warranty that we will comply with towards you.
